I'm David Brittain an English opinionated free thinking OAP who believes that although civilization needs leaders we all could seek to become leaders of self so that with growing awareness we could transform, "Someone should do something about this" into, "I'm going to do something about this" The time has passed for merging into the illusionary safety of the unthinking crowd scene. Now is the time to speak out, to write letters use the Internet, and to use clear thought to formulate and to fearlessly state your opinions, issues, and ideas about anything that is important to you. Throughout the entire physical universe you could never meet yourself because you are unrepeated and that makes you very special, that makes you (YES YOU) UNIQUE!
Please, please don't ever under-estimate your own value, regardless of the opinions of others. Always cherish and protect your uniqueness.
On many blogs and websites there are specific themes that contributors are required to stick to. On this FREE THOUGHT blog and Ascension Support Team website all subjects and themes are welcomed to be offered and discussed, as long as we all respect the views of each other and the right to have those views. In a similar way unhelpful and unwelcome would be contributions filled with foul language, hate, or of an obscene or pornographic nature.

cause a billion people believe something is true doesn’t necessarily make it true. Many non-thinking folks believe something is true simply because everyone around them believes it is true. The path of the free thinker is to question, question, and question anything that is implied as based in fact but is actually based on traditional or even ancient assumptions elevated by authoritative repetition to the status of fact. This allows the free thinker to question the assertions of politics, established religions and belief systems, and also the chosen directions of scientific and technological research etc.
Here are a few sample questions that free thinkers might wish to seek answers.
(1) Has competitiveness as a way of life got out of hand?
(2) Is the concept of a global village economy and outlook good or bad?
(3) Has gratification for its own sake replaced the desire to breed children?
(4) Do we have a spiritual purpose beyond the need to be good citizens?
(5) If we are children of God what would God regard as adulthood?
